Terms of Service

These terms apply when a creator or team uses Native Marketing OS to review, publish, and follow delivery status for social content.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to enter a binding agreement and must have authority to connect every account you select. Keep account access secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use.

Your content and choices

You retain responsibility for media, titles, disclosures, music rights, privacy choices, and platform compliance. You must have the right to publish every asset you provide. We transfer content only after the required review choices and explicit publishing consent are recorded.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to infringe rights, mislead viewers, evade platform safeguards, distribute unlawful content, or access an account without permission. Access may be limited when credentials are revoked, permissions change, or a security or policy risk is detected.

Platform processing

Social platforms independently process, moderate, delay, reject, limit, or remove content. A transfer acknowledgement is not a promise that a post is publicly visible.

Service availability

The service is provided as available. We may update features to maintain security, reliability, or platform compliance. To stop using the service, use the local disconnect control and revoke the connected account in TikTok.
